All of our marshmallows are carefully prepared and packed to order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods or seasonal launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st Class).

This service aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs

Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• The weight of your order

• The size of the postal box required to safely package your marshmallows

This ensures you are charged accurately and fairly for delivery.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders of £50 or more.

This will be automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
