Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handmade marshmallows, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to put things right.

When we offer a refund or replacement

Please contact us if your marshmallows:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Are incorrect

  • Are faulty or unsafe

  • Are past their best-before date on arrival

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.

Reporting an issue

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not ask customers to return marshmallow products.

Delivery & storage

Once delivered, marshmallows should be stored according to the instructions provided. We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by improper storage or delays in reporting a problem.

Handmade nature of our products

Our marshmallows are handmade in small batches. This means slight variations in shape, size, or colour may occur and are part of their artisanal charm.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
